16th International Comics Festival will be held from 27th to 30th September, 2018
International Comics Festival is an event organized and led by Belgrade’s Student Cultural Center (SKC) Happy Gallery. The Festival is the biggest comics event in Serbia, and one of the most important in the Southeastern Europe.
Each year, the Festival is being held in Student Cultural Center Belgrade, during the last week of September (from Thursday to Sunday).
Festival is based on: the open international competition for authors of all ages, presentations of the most important comic authors worldwide, retrospective of domestic comics scene, support to young talents and comics publishers, popularization of comics and similar artistic expressions such as animation and illustration through various exhibitions and educational programs.

FESTIVAL CONTEST (2003 -2017)
I the past fifteen years around 2000 authors from 57 countries worldwide took part in the Festival competition. Among them, more than 700 participants were in the “15 years of age or below” contest category.
